Teams should ensure that security features and controls are added accordingly. Teams must be motivated to do so, and they must strive to ensure that their products will not fall victim to cyber incidents. 
  • Workforce must be motivated to search for innovative ways to secure and protect the interests of their customers over various product iterations. They will do this not because IT security demands it but because they understand the value of ensuring the security of their products.
